Steve Moses Family

Steve Moses has worked with and lived among Muslims primarily from Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia for 20+ years. Over the past 12 years, his focus has been among refugees and immigrants within the U.S. Steve and Angela partner with various entities to equip the church to love and serve the nations locally and globally.

Steve is zealous about spiritual renewal and restoration, especially for those experience deep pain, loss, and suffering. They and their two children live in Nashville, TN.

Shalom

Shalom is a Hebrew word meaning peace, harmony, wholeness, completeness, soundness, abundance, welfare, tranquility, and carrying with it the implication of permanence. A permanent, unshakeable trust in God to faithfully provide for and protect me and my family.

Shalom is not a strategy or tool, shalom is not a value or resource. Shalom is a gift, a choice, and a bedrock for all we do. Jesus is the Prince of Shalom, so we can only find true peace while resting in Him.

Just saying the word brings a sense of peace and calm. Jesus says that He came to undo all the evil that has been done, He brings Shalom. We have been called to participate in seeking Shalom in all that is broken. One of the greatest evils is feeling alone, that no one is coming for us or wants to be with us. 

Shalom Medics Mission

A medic in the military brings first aid to the combat site.

As Shalom Medics, we imitate Jesus and seek out the broken, the weary, the lonely to bring them Shalom.

Shalom Medics pursue others. Shalom Medics acknowledge the deep need for His Presence. Shalom Medics come find and connect others.
