Glorifying Jesus Prayer (John 17)
Messiah’s Heart – rock, crown, cross, cloud – Jesus praised his Heavenly Father. He asked God to be glorified by his death on the cross to save the world.
Jesus’ Glory – God, cloud, Jesus, angel – Jesus celebrated his unity with the Father. He fulfilled his purpose on earth. He is worthy to receive all praise.
Gospel Mission – disciple, road, earth, stars, cloud – Jesus prayed for all his disciples to take the Gospel to the world. Jesus prayed for all nations to believe.
Truth Sign – disciples, crown, cloud, flame – Jesus prayed for all disciples to be united with the Spirit. Our unity is God’s sign for the lost to believe in the Gospel.

How does Jesus the Son feel about God the Father?
What values of Father, Son, and Spirit do you see?
What was it like for Jesus to know his heavenly identity, but be hated by the ones he came to save?
What would you be thinking if you were with Jesus and heard him pray to God in this powerful way?
Why is our unity the sign for the lost to follow Jesus?
