I led a mission team a few years ago to Siberia to engage an unreached people group. It took us 40 hours of travel from the States to this remove region of villages. We had a small team staying in a hotel and going out prayer walking every day.
One of our teams met a "Lydia" in a local marketplace and when we shared the Gospel with her, she believed and decided to follow Jesus. We had the joy of following up with her and starting a Bible study in her home.
We also connected her with a missionary in the region who found her heart language and brought her an audio Bible in her language where she could listen to the New Testament every day while cooking meals or cleaning her house. Our whole mission team was overwhelmed and blessed by this Book of Acts real life experience!
I have a shepherd's heart and love to encourage and disciple men. I coach missionaries out of my personal 35 years of Great Commission experience. I serve as a marketplace chaplain in Wisconsin, sharing the Gospel and discipling lost neighbors into the Kingdom of Heaven.
