Make A Way Prayer

Heavenly Father,

We love you and praise you. We praise your name and want all the nations to know you. We cry out Maranatha! We say, “Glory, hallelujah! Hosanna in the highest!” Blessed is Jesus your Son and our Savior. Thank you for counting your creation worth rescuing. As with Noah, you could have wiped out any generation you wanted and started over with one family, like that story with Moses when he intervened and asked you to have mercy and you faithfully forgave Israel.

We need new streams in our lives Lord, new streams of ancient things. We need your holiness to cover us, your love to fill us, your power to flow through us. We need you to make a way where our skills, resources, and experiences don’t make any difference.

We need your intervention, we need you to move in the ways where we are incapable and unworthy, your glory transforming the impossible into a spectacle of your salvation.

Wilderness Streams > Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. The wild animals honor me, the jackals and the owls, because I provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give drink to my people, my chosen, the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise. (Isaiah 43:18-21 NIV)

Let us perceive your movements in our hearts, let your living water streams fill us as empty vessels thirsty for your kingdom to come your way according to your will within your perfect timing in righteous pathways that echo your Truth to the ends of the earth.

We desire for our prayers, our service, our worship, and our disciple-making to reach every people and tribe. We want our desires and the accomplishments of our lifetimes to bear eternal fruit and lead others currently walking blindly in darkness to awaken to your light and join us in Jesus’ freedom and experience the fullness of your covenant love.

We want the wastelands to become orchards, we want the wilderness to become cities of peace & righteousness. We want you to reach every nation with vindicating victory that exposes the principalities who deceive world governments and corrupt could-be godly leaders into wicked persecutors and violent barbarians. So let your streams flow in the wastelands, let your living waters overflow in the wild frontier where lost sheep roam.

Fiery Warriors > Early in the morning a servant of the Holy Man got up and went out. Surprise! Horses and chariots surrounding the city! The young man exclaimed, “Oh, master! What shall we do?” He said, “Don’t worry about it—there are more on our side than on their side.” Then Elisha prayed, “O God, open his eyes and let him see.” The eyes of the young man were opened and he saw. A wonder! The whole mountainside full of horses and chariots of fire surrounding Elisha! When the Arameans attacked, Elisha prayed to God, “Strike these people blind!” And God struck them blind, just as Elisha said. (2 Kings 6:15-18 MSG)

Father, Elisha could see, but his teammate could not see. His physical eyes saw but his spiritual eyes could not perceive what was right in front of him. Please Father, make a way in us to see what you’re doing, what your plans are, what your will is, as we join with the transforming restoration of your daily spiritual renewal within our minds & hearts.

If you can open up this servant’s eyes, then you can open up mine. Thank you that our blind eyes, deaf ears, and cold hearts are not barriers to your kingdom coming and your will being done. Thank you for the unseen ways that you bring your goodness and beauty into every one of our days, and thank you for teaching us to be thankful for every blessing, counting & treasuring every gift from above received below.

Resurrection Sight >“But Lord,” exclaimed Ananias, “I’ve heard many people talk about the terrible things this man has done to the believers in Jerusalem! And he is authorized by the leading priests to arrest everyone who calls upon your name.” But the Lord said, “Go, for Saul is my chosen instrument to take my message to the Gentiles and to kings, as well as to the people of Israel. And I will show him how much he must suffer for my name’s sake.” So Ananias went and found Saul. He laid his hands on him and said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road, has sent me so that you might regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” Instantly something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he got up and was baptized. Afterward he ate some food and regained his strength. (Acts 9:13-19 NLT)

Father, let the scales come off, let the old wineskins burn, let the new wineskins be filled. Let the old ways die and let the ancient ways arise once again. You are calling our generation to an immensely difficult task: to finish what Jesus started and the Apostles continued but did not complete. You are asking us to make disciples in every nation.

Though we are free of condemnation ourselves because of Christ’s work @ Golgotha, we readily embrace the condemnation with which others accuse us, so that we may share in our Master of Sorrow’s experience. For how can we be ambassadors for a kingdom that heals if we have never endure pain; a kingdom that rescues if we have not been lost?

As Ananias made hard decisions that required personal sacrifice that could have ended in his very own imprisonment, torture, and death, we must ask are we so bold? Have we laid it all down? Have we truly died and been crucified along with the Friend of Sinners?

We press in today to the two blessings Ananias gave to Saul > to regain any sight or vision we have lost, and to be filled to overflowing with the presence, peace, purpose, and power of the Holy Spirit. We now let go of whatever troubles us and look above & beyond to an eternal kingdom of blazing light. We refresh our desire to receive and walk in your Truth and freedom, your glory and our identity as beloved sons & daughters.

Stand Strong > So put away all pride from yourselves. You are standing under the powerful hand of God. At the right time He will lift you up. Give all your worries to Him because He cares for you. Keep awake! Watch at all times. The devil is working against you. He is walking around like a hungry lion with his mouth open. He is looking for someone to eat. Stand against him and be strong in your faith. Remember, other Christians over all the world are suffering the same as you are. After you have suffered for awhile, God Himself will make you perfect. He will keep you in the right way. He will give you strength. He is the God of all loving-favor and has called you through Christ Jesus to share His shining-greatness forever. God has power over all things forever. Let it be so. (1 Peter 5:6-11 NLV)

The battle belongs to the Lord, we believe you Father. We believe that you are Zion’s Mighty Warrior who rides on the winds of the dawn and returns in power & fire upon the clouds of heaven. Our Bright Morning Star, we fix our eyes on the Author & Potter of our Faith, for your daily intervention in our souls spanning across our lifetimes through ever- changing seasons forms the anchor of our hope, persevering in every storm & tribulation.

Thank you God of our Salvation for lifting us up in every dark day and troubled season of our faith journey. Thank you Guardian Shepherd for covering us with your love and surrounding us with your peace that is truly impossible to describe. Thank you God of All Comfort for navigating our souls through every spiritual attack and releasing your compassionate grace as a Cascading Waterfall of Mercy over us: a healer’s balm we can taste & see that it is good and spread the word to everyone around us who will listen.

We praise you that the dragon does not have all authority, and that this present evil too shall pass. We praise you because the enemy wants us to focus on him as a raging lion seeking to devour; in contrast, you are Greater, for you are Judah’s Lion who roars, and the power of your voice conquers the most entrenched demonic powers of our land.

Shield & Rampart, True Light of Wisdom, thank you for shining where we can see with eyes you created to enjoy the beauty, and with hearts surrendered and available to listen to your voice, embrace your wisdom, and walk intentionally in your revelations. We are yours, now and forever. We are purchased & sealed by the blood of the Lamb of God.

We give your our dreams and desires, we return our resources and relationships to you, we lay down all that we have taken up apart from your will, and we rest in your presence available to see, believe, and follow wherever you want to guide us as we live the rest of our lives in your amazing grace in Jesus’ name we pray & worship, amen. 2020 Deep Dive Year Prophecy

Maranatha Vision Project

For the last two years, the Holy Spirit has guided me to ask for a prophetic word of knowledge about the next year of my life; to give each year a name. 2018 was the year of Restoration, and 2019 has been the year of the Wild Frontier. Our Lord Jesus told me back in November that all year, God’s people will receive new dreams of heavenly things, and in these dreams we will discover ancient truths & pathways, and through these truths we will discern next steps for fulfilling our destinies.

This summer I began asking for a name for the year 2020. The obvious name is “Clear Vision,” since 2020 is associated in ophthalmology with perfect eyes that do not require vision correction. As I listened more intently, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “The name of the year 2020 is Deep Dive.” As I listened to our Good Shepherd’s voice, I received three revelation keys to understanding this name > 1) Wonder, 2) Worship, & 3) Wisdom.

In 2020, our Heavenly Father has anointed this year with a Wonder Awakening. So many people are dazed & sleepwalking, mesmerized by technology and digital entertainment, wandering in the wilderness of a global society increasingly hostile to the ways & wisdom of Jesus Christ. Our Father wants to awaken us, to deliver us out of our slumber, our hypnotism on Pinocchio’s Pleasure Island, our covenant with the Lost Boys of Neverland.

As Jesus’ Church recaptures her calling to wonder at the awesome nature of our Creator & his creation, our response will be a Worship Mission. We will walk with the Holy Spirit and practice God’s presence intentionally throughout our daily routines. We will be filled to overflowing with his love and spiritual fruit & gifts, keeping our eyes focused upon Jesus: our Faith Author & Cultivator, our Soul Shepherd & Overseer, our Eternal Life King.

This worship mission will produce a Wisdom Culture. The true wisdom of heaven is not correct doctrine or intricate theology. Wisdom is the person of Jesus Christ; he is Heaven’s Wisdom. The greatest practical wisdom available to humanity is to nurture day & night all our days a growing, deepening relationship with our Friend, Jesus Messiah.

Deep Dive Keys > I searched the Scriptures for three passages to guide us +>>

Wonder > “Have you ever given orders to the morning, or shown the dawn its place, that it might take the earth by the edges and shake out the wicked? Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep? What is the way to the abode of light; where does darkness reside? Have you entered the storehouses of snow or seen where hail prepares for days of war and battle? Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain and a path for the thunderstorm? Can you bring forth the constellations in their seasons? Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God’s dominion over the earth?” (Job 38 NIV, selections)

Worship > Beloved friends, what should be our proper response to God’s marvelous mercies? I encourage you to surrender yourselves to God to be his sacred, living sacrifices. And live in holiness, experiencing all that delights his heart. For this becomes your genuine expression of worship. Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you fulfill your destiny, living a beautiful life that is satisfying and perfect in his eyes. (Romans 12:1-2 TPT)

Wisdom > Dear brothers and sisters, even when I first came to you I didn’t use lofty words and brilliant ideas to tell you God’s message. For I decided that I would speak only of Jesus Christ and his death on the cross. I came to you in weakness – timid and trembling. The Holy Spirit’s power was in my words proving that the message was from God. I lead you this way because I want your faith to stand firmly upon God, not on man’s great ideas. Here is the source of our confidence of faith in God’s revelations: God has sent his Spirit to tell us, and his Spirit searches out and shows us all of God’s deepest secrets. He has actually given us his Spirit, which is completely incompatible with the world’s spirit, to tell us about the wonderful free gifts of grace and blessing God has given to us. Anyone who does not follow Jesus cannot understand or accept thoughts from God, because only a reborn spirit can understand spiritual truths revealed from heaven by the Holy Spirit. Maranatha Prayer > Heavenly Father, may all the peoples and every tribe worship your name in Spirit & Truth, let every nation praise the Lamb of God who was slain for the sinsof the world. Lord Jesus, you are the Radiance of God’s Glory, the visible expression of hidden realities. Thank you for sustaining us with your divine power and sovereign will. Our generation needs refining & fine tuning, we need a recalibration, a realignment to your design, for we are beautifully made in your image and wired to worship. Yet, we are prone so quickly to wander away and lose ourselves in the latest craze of our dark days.

Lord Jesus, we thirst for you. We are deer panting for pure streams, we are sheep searching for carefree & nourishing pastures. The Living Water and Safe Sanctuary we desire & seek is always freely available in your presence. So, let your glory rain down, Overflowing Blessings Fountain. Open the floodgates of heaven, and draw our generation deeper into your righteous wisdom mysteries than ever before in Jesus’ name we pray, Amen. Maranatha!

Maranatha Overflow

“Overflow” is the excess or surplus fluid unable to be contained by any available space; a vessel filled beyond its own capacity; to spill over, to rise above the rim and stream forth.

Overflow Sign > The poor and needy seek water, but there is none, their tongues fail for thirst. I, the LORD, will hear them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. I will open rivers in desolate heights, and fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar and the acacia tree, the myrtle and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the cypress tree and the pine and the box tree together, that they may see and know, and consider and understand together, that the hand of the LORD has done this, and the Holy One of Israel has created it. (Isaiah 41:17-20 NKJV)

Perpetual Overflow > Every living thing that gathers where the river goes will live. There will be very many fish, because these waters go there and make the salt water clean again… All kinds of fruit trees will grow on both sides of the river. Their leaves will not dry up, and they will never stop giving fruit. They will give fruit every month, because their water flows from the holy place. Their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing. (Ezekiel 47:9,12 NLV)

Make Disciples

1. Emptiness – “Empty” means containing nothing, poured out and dry as dust, having no value or clear purpose. Life without Jesus Christ is desolate and worthless. Let us confess our exhaustion, admit our dissatisfaction, and repent of our wandering away.

2. Emancipation – “Freedom” is deliverance out of slavery into eternal sonship; from lost and wandering to adopted and beloved. Our Father so loved us, that he sent Jesus Messiah to cast our shackles into the sea and place us in favored seats at his table.

3. Escalation – “Escalate” means rapid increase, growing intensity, to skyrocket above the earth and soar beyond the stars. Once we are satisfied in Jesus and listening to our Shepherd’s voice, the Banner of All Nations will cultivate increasing fruitfulness.

Holy Spirit Prayer

• Give me clear sight to discern those around me who are poor and seeking water.

• Father, thank you for not forsaking us; thank you for leaving the 99 to carry us home.

• Our Heavenly Father is the Wellspring Tender: he creates living water in desolation.

• The nations will recognize the presence of the Holy Spirit; he will draw them to Jesus.

• Let us go down to the river to pray; let us gather at the river to praise the Lord in Spirit!

• The Holy Spirit moves at the Father and Son’s pace; let us not run ahead or fall behind.

• Help us to be vessels of gospel acceleration while resting alone in Christ.

Personal Reflections > What are the initial signs of my spiritual burnout and emotional exhaustion? How do these Scriptures give me strength to face difficult times and dry seasons? When will I spend more time during this new week enjoying and releasing Holy Spirit overflow?

Maranatha Overflow Verses

Abundance > “Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.” (Ezekiel 47:12 NKJV)

Depend > Happy are those who have the God of Jacob to help them and who depend on the LORD their God, the Creator of heaven, earth, and sea, and all that is in them. He always keeps his promises; he judges in favor of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free and gives sight to the blind. He lifts those who have fallen; he loves his righteous people. He protects the strangers who live in our land; he helps widows and orphans, but takes the wicked to their ruin. (Psalm 146:5-9 GNT)

Holy Spirit > “When, however, the Spirit comes, who reveals the truth about God, he will lead you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears, and will tell you of things to come. He will give me glory, because he will take what I say and tell it to you.” (John 16:13-14 GNB)

Horn of My Salvation > I love you, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. (Psalms 18:1-2 ESV)

Mighty Warrior > Mighty warrior, strap your sword at your side. In your majesty and splendor – in your splendor ride triumphantly in the cause of truth, humility, and justice. May your right hand show your awe-inspiring acts. (Psalms 45:3-4 HCSB)

Radiance of God’s Glory > The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact expression of his nature, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. So he became higher in rank than the angels, just as the name he inherited is superior to theirs.” (Hebrews 1:3-4 HCSB)

Vine > “Remain united to me, and I will remain united to you. A branch cannot bear fruit by itself; it can do so only if it remains in the vine. In the same way you cannot bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine, and you are the branches. Yahweh Our Righteousness > “The days are coming” – this is the LORD’s declaration – “when I will raise up a Righteous Branch of David. He will reign wisely as king and administer justice and righteousness in the land. In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely. This is what he will be named: Yahweh Our Righteousness.” (Jeremiah 23:5-6 HCSB)
